Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our platform — this is a legal agreement between you and 33wmb.

This document has been prepared in accordance with the current policies of the 33wmb platform.

1 Introduction & Acceptance

33wmb ("we", "us", or "the platform") operates an online gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 33wmb and you ("the user").

By using our website, app, or any of our services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

Important: These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after any update will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use 33wmb's services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of anyone else.
  • All information provided in your account is accurate and truthful.
  • You are playing with your own funds.
  • You are not a member of a professional sports team, a referee, or anyone who can influence the outcome of a sporting event.

For the purpose of age verification, we may request identity documents or proof of age at any time. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and deposited funds will not be refunded.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, or if members of the same household use multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses, all accounts will be cancelled and bonuses will be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Report any unauthorised access to your account or any suspicious activity to the 33wmb support team immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support. 33wmb also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for valid reasons, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Policy

To deposit funds into 33wmb, we support only the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
  • Use the correct reference number when making a transaction.
  • Only deposit funds from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
  • Deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are also processed through the same methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
  • The account used for withdrawal must be registered in your own name.
  • Withdrawal requests may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
About Rocket: Rocket is the mobile banking wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank, and is one of the supported payment methods on 33wmb.

4.3 Fraud & Anti-Money Laundering

33wmb strictly adheres to anti-money laundering policies. We reserve the right to suspend an account and notify the relevant authorities if any suspicious activity is detected.

5 Bonus & Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

33wmb offers new users a 200% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

  • For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
  • Depositing ৳22,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 → total balance ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or attempting to circumvent bonus conditions by any means — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account closure.

5.4 General Bonus Rules

  • A new bonus cannot be activated until the current bonus has been completed.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
  • 33wmb reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Policy

33wmb ensures that all games deliver fair and transparent outcomes. All games operated on our platform are developed by reputable game providers and use verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
  • Accessing or using another user's account.
  • Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
  • Colluding dishonestly with other players.
  • Attempting to cheat or defraud any game.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a software or hardware error causes an abnormal game outcome, 33wmb reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount. Any winnings resulting from a technical error will not be considered valid.

7 Sports Betting Policy

7.1 Betting Rules

Before participating in sports betting, please read the specific rules for each event carefully. Odds may change at any time; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will be considered final.

7.2 Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed, the wagered amount will generally be refunded. Event-specific special rules may apply.

7.3 Match-Fixing

33wmb takes a strict stance against match-fixing and sports corruption. If evidence of involvement in any such activity is found, the account will be closed immediately.

8 Responsible Gaming

33wmb places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an entertainment activity, not a cause of financial hardship.

  • We provide users with the ability to set deposit limits.
  • Through the self-exclusion feature, you can close your account yourself for a set period or permanently.

In any circumstance, 33wmb's maximum liability is limited to the total balance in your account at the time of the relevant incident.
